General information on sending the presentation

• The presentation of oral presentations and posters (developed with Microsoft PowerPoint®) is required.

• The final presentation of works accepted to the conference must be sent not later than June 1, 2023, 11:59 p.m., to e-mail address: aborovec@gmail.com.

• The file must be named with the complete title of the presentation.

• The file formatting should be according to the model given below.

• For each presentation, a certificate will be issued including the names of all authors.

Formatting and presenting the oral presentation

There will be a maximum 15-minutes time available for the oral presentation.

Presentation of works must be developed with Microsoft PowerPoint® according to following guidelines:

• Page: horizontal alignment;

• Dimension: standard – screen display 4:3, width 25.4 cm, height 19.05 cm;

• Minimum letter size: title – 24; content – 14;

• Presentation background must be white enabling perfect display of contents;

• The file must be named with the complete title of the oral presentation.

Formatting and presenting the poster

Posters will be projected. No printing support is necessary.

On the presentation day, the author responsible for the poster presentation must attend the location of the poster exhibition, according to previously scheduled time.

The oral presentation of posters is limited to 5 minutes (presentation) and 5 minutes (discussion).

Presentation of works must be developed with Microsoft PowerPoint® according to following guidelines:

• Page: horizontal alignment;

• Dimension: standard – screen display 4:3, width 25.4 cm, height 19.05 cm;

• Minimum letter size: title – 24; content – 12; and references – 9;

• Presentation background must be colour white enabling perfect display of contents;

• The file must be named with the complete title of the oral presentation.
